"We the Pershing Riflemen, in order to develop outstanding traits of leadership, military science, military bearing, and discipline to the highest degree possible within the framework of a military oriented honorary fraternity, establish this Constitution for the National Society of Pershing Rifles, a member organization of the Pershing Rifles Group."
